Terms and Conditions

Under our licence regulations all cats staying with us have to have up to date vaccinations and you must show an up to date vaccination certificate signed and dated by a veterinary surgeon. We would ask that you leave this with us while your cat is here. We are not allowed to accept unvaccinated cats and would have to refuse entry to the cattery if they are not up to date. Feline booster vaccinations are administered yearly and if this has lapsed you may need to restart the course of two injections three weeks apart and the full course must be completed two weeks before they begin their stay with us.

It is also essential that flea and worm treatments are up to date - prescription treatments should be used as they are the most effective.

Of course we will discuss any special requirements with you at the time of booking, but if we are worried about anything during your cat's stay we will contact a vet and if necessary administer any necessary treatment and try to keep you up to date. Veterinary fees will be the responsibility of the owner.

Please remove collars for safety reasons.

We regret we are not able to accept un-neutered males over the age of 5 months.

Cats sharing a pen must all be from the same household.

Any cat not collected within seven days of the due date of collection will be taken to a suitable animal re-homing charity.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full fee should be paid at the time of booking.

All accounts should be settled 48 hours before the date of arrival. Payment is by cash or bank transfer.

For cancellations within 14 days of the start date we reserve the right to charge the full fee unless we can re-let the accommodation.

Whilst every care and effort is made to ensure the health and well being of all the cats in our care, animals are boarded entirely at their owners risk
and upon acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Payments are by cash or credit or debit card.

Food and any medicines must be supplied on the first day of boarding.

Any vehicles brought on to the property are done so entirely at the owner's risk.
